The renovation of the Solaire Condominium interiors focuses on creating a high-end, cohesive experience from the hallways to the common corridors. We implemented a sophisticated grayscale palette, utilizing deep charcoal accents against light, geometric-textured wall coverings that add significant architectural depth. The floor plan is anchored by premium stone-look porcelain tiling, laid in a staggered pattern to enhance the visual length of the transition spaces. Custom-integrated carpeting with organic, abstract patterns provides acoustic dampening while maintaining a modern edge.
