The renovation of the 101 Eola common areas prioritizes a sophisticated, linear design language that reflects its vibrant downtown setting. We redefined the building's corridors and social hubs using a high-contrast palette of cool grays, crisp whites, and architectural charcoals. A primary focal point is the custom 3D geometric wall covering, which creates a rhythmic, gallery-like feel throughout the transition spaces. To balance high-end aesthetics with industrial-grade performance, we utilized large-format stone-finish porcelain tiling in a staggered layout, seamlessly integrated with custom-patterned acoustic carpeting.
